The S29GL01GT11TFIV10 is a MIRRORBIT™ Flash product manufactured using 45nm process technology. They offer fast page access times of up to 15 ns and corresponding random access times of up to 100 ns. They feature a write buffer that allows up to 256 words/512 bytes to be programmed in a single operation, resulting in a shorter effective programming time compared to standard programming algorithms. This makes these devices ideal for today's embedded applications that require higher density, higher performance and lower power consumption.
