This innovative TSC package enables optimal cooling, high power density and optimised system cost.

The initial OptiMOSTM 6 40V portfolio consists of four products and will be expanded soon. Maximum RDS (conduction) range reduced from 1.73 mΩ to 0.75 mΩ

The SSO10T TSC package is JEDEC certified for public use in the marketplace and has broad second-source compatibility.
