The IGLD60R190D1S Gallium Nitride HEMT is available in a small form factor SMD package for applications that require a compact device without heat sinks.The CoolGaN™ 600 V series of Gallium Nitride devices are fully GaN custom certified, far exceeding existing standards.The PG-LSON-8 package is a leadless SMD package designed for applications that require the highest efficiency and power density for consumer SMPS and high-density chargers that require the highest efficiency and power density.

This low-profile package has a small footprint of 8x8mm². The enhanced thermal resistance of this package size, combined with its benchmark low parasitic inductance, can be used as a new and effective way to reduce the size of system solutions in power-density-driven designs.
