The Linear Hall IC TLE4997A8DE0300XUMA1 is designed for high accuracy angle and position detection. The sensor provides a ratiometric analogue output voltage, ideal for analogue-to-digital (A/D) conversion with a supply voltage reference. The integrated circuits are fabricated in BiCMOS technology for high voltage tolerance and reverse polarity protection. Digital signal processing using a 16-bit DSP architecture, as well as digital temperature and analogue stress compensation, ensures excellent stability over the entire temperature range and lifetime.
