The W25Q16JWSSIQ (16M bit) serial flash provides a storage solution for systems with limited space, pins, and power. The 25Q series offers flexibility and performance beyond normal serial flash memory devices. The W25Q16JW array is divided into 8192 programmable pages, 256 bytes each, up to 256 bytes programmable at a time. The device is powered from 1.65V to 1.95V and consumes as little as 0.1µA in off mode.
