The TLV6700QDDCRQ1 is a high-voltage window comparator that operates over a voltage range of 1.8 V to 18 V. The device features two high-precision comparators with an internal reference voltage of 400 mV and two open-drain outputs rated at 18 V. The TLV6700QDDCRQ1 can be used as a window comparator or as two independent comparators. The device can be used as a window comparator or as two independent comparators; an external resistor can be used to set the monitored voltage. OUTA is driven low when the voltage on INA+ drops below (V ITP - V HYS) and goes high when the voltage returns to the corresponding threshold (V ITP).
