The TLV3603QDCKRQ1 high speed rail-to-rail comparator is a 325MHz, 2.5ns propagation delay comparator with rail-to-rail inputs. With fast response times and a wide operating voltage range, it is ideally suited for narrow-signal pulse detection in LIDARs, range finders, and line receivers, as well as data and clock recovery applications. The high-speed rail-to-rail comparators provide push-pull (single-ended) outputs that simplify and save board-to-board wiring costs for I/O interfaces, while reducing power consumption compared to alternative high-speed differential output comparators. The device interfaces directly to the most popular digital controllers and IO expansion boards in downstream circuits.
