The MX66U1G45G is a 1GB bit serial NOR flash memory with an internal configuration of 134,217,728X8. When in two or four I/O modes, the structure becomes 536,870,912 bit X 2 or 268,435,456 bit X 4. The NOR flash has a serial peripheral interface and software protocol that allows operation on a simple 3-wire bus in single I/O mode. The three bus signals are clock input (SCLK), serial data input (Si), and serial data output (SO). Enable serial access to the device through the CS# input.
