The TLE9877QXW40 three-phase motor/relay driver ICs are automotive-grade, system-on-chip (SoC) devices specifically designed to provide space-efficient solutions for mechatronic brushless DC motor drive applications, including magnetic field orientation control. These single-chip devices integrate the industry-standard ARM® Cortex®-M3 core to enable advanced motor control algorithms, and the TLE987x devices include six fully integrated NFET drivers optimised to drive three-phase motors with six external power NFETs.
