The NVH4L040N120SC1 features new technology that provides superior switching performance and higher reliability than silicon devices. These MOSFETs have low on-resistance to ensure low capacitance and low gate charge. 1200V EliteSiC MOSFETs enable system benefits including increased efficiency, faster operating frequency, higher power density, reduced EMI, and reduced system size. These MOSFETs feature blocking voltage, high-speed switching, low capacitance, and operate over a temperature range of -55°C to 175°C. The 1200V SiC MOSFETs are compliant with the automotive AEC-Q101 standard and RoHS directive.
