The CY62148ESL-55ZAXIT is a high performance CMOS static RAM organised in 8-bit 512K words. The device features an advanced circuit design that provides ultra-low active current. It is ideal for providing Longer Battery Life™ (MoBL) in portable applications. The device also features an auto-shutdown function that significantly reduces power consumption. When placed in standby mode, power consumption is reduced by more than 99%. When deselected (CE high), power consumption is reduced by more than 99%. Eight input and output pins (I/O0 to I/O7) are in high impedance state.
