The TPS22995HQDDCRQ1 is a single-channel load switch. It contains a 19 mΩ N-channel MOSFET and operates over a 0.8 V to 5.5 V input voltage range. The maximum continuous current is 3 A. The switch is controlled by an ON and OFF input (ON) and can be directly interfaced with low voltage GPIO signal connections. When the switch is closed, the output is rapidly discharged, reducing the output voltage to a known 0 V state. In addition, the device provides an adjustable rising edge to limit high inrush currents.
