RK1808 adopts ARM dual-core Cortex-A35 architecture, the highest frequency up to 1.6GHz, hardware VPU support 1080P H.264 video format DEcoder and ENcoder, hardware VAD support microphone array, built-in ISP support camera video signal input. In terms of process, RK1808 is manufactured using 22nm FD-SOI process, which reduces power consumption by about 30% under the same performance than mainstream 28nm process.
