The Qorvo QPF4291TR13 2.4GHz Wi-Fi® 6 front-end module (FEM) has a frequency range of 2.402GHz to 2.482GHz, a transmit gain of up to 30dB, and a noise figure as low as 2.0dB.Designed and engineered for use in IEEE 802.11ax systems, the device supports the operation of two independent RF chains through a single front-end module. The compact form factor and integrated matching minimise the layout area in the application while greatly reducing the number of external components.

The QPF4291TR13 integrates multiple 2.4 GHz power amplifiers (PAs) with power detectors, transmit-receive switches, and bypassable low noise amplifiers (LNAs) in a single device. The dual-path FEM features chipset-specific compatible control voltages for greater ease of use.

The Qorvo QPF4291TR13 Wi-Fi 6 FEM is available in a 34-pad laminated package that is halogen-free, lead-free, and RoHS compliant.
