The BSM250D17P2E004 is an "all-SiC" half-bridge module consisting of a Rohm's SiC-DMOSFET and a SiC-SBD. It has achieved a high level of reliability with no breakdown of insulation for more than 1,000 hours in a high-temperature, high-humidity bias test (HV-H3TRB). As a result, it can safely withstand high voltage of 1,700V even under high-temperature and high-humidity environments. This product is suitable for inverters and converters used as power supplies for industrial equipment such as outdoor power generation systems and evaluation equipment such as charge/discharge testers.
