The MSCDC100H70AG is a Silicon Carbide (SiC) Schottky diode with zero reverse and zero forward recovery, temperature independent switching behaviour, positive VF temperature coefficient, high blocking voltage, low stray inductance, M5 power supply connector, and an Aluminium Nitride (AlN) substrate for improved heat dissipation. The devices offer excellent performance at high frequency operation, low losses, direct mounting to heat sinks (isolated packages), low case thermal resistance, and RoHS compliance.
