The ISO808TR current-isolated 8-channel drivers are designed to drive any load that is grounded on one side. Each driver contains two separate current-isolated voltage domains (VCC and VDD for the processing and control logic segments). The drivers feature low supply current, a maximum 45V supply voltage for the processing section, 0.125Ω (typical) pass-state resistor RDS(ON) per channel, a reset function to disable the IC outputs, high common-mode transient immunity, and short-circuit protection on the output channels. the ISO808 drivers also offer channel-independent per-channel thermal protection, case thermal protection, overvoltage protection, and GND and VCC loss protection.
