The STWBC2-HP digital controller is built for designing Qi-certified wireless powered TX applications. It is a SiP with an STM32™ microcontroller (STM32G071) and a dedicated front-end chip. It can drive DC-DC and half- or full-bridge inverter stages for general-purpose Qi wireless battery charging TXs. The device can generate and control the associated PWM signals using a PWM machine with a resolution of 1.47ns. The front-end chip includes a 40MHz PLL and a 17-step DLL to implement these PWM signals.
