The STWLC38JRM is an integrated wireless power receiver for wearable/hearable and smartphone applications. Delivering up to 15 W of output power, the chip is designed to support the Qi 1.3 specification for inductive communication protocols, the 5 W baseline power specification and the 15 W extended power specification. The integration of a low-loss synchronous rectifier and low dropout voltage provides excellent efficiency performance. Synchronous rectifier and low dropout linear regulator: both elements are dynamically managed by the digital core to achieve excellent efficiency performance. The digital core dynamically manages both components to minimise total power consumption.
