The MPQ4272 integrates a dual monolithic buck converter with I2C interface. Each channel can output 3A over a wide input range with excellent load and line regulation.

The MPQ4272 is designed for dual port USB charger applications. Both channels can be used with an external USB PD controller.

The I2C interface and OTP provide programming flexibility.

Fault protection includes current limit protection, output over voltage protection (OVP) and over temperature shutdown protection (TSD).

The MPQ4272 minimizes the use of existing standard external components. The MPQ4272 is available in a QFN-21 (4mmx5mm) package.
