The LPC55S69JBD64 is an Arm® Cortex®-M33 microcontroller (MCU) using Arm dual-core and Arm TrustZone® technology for industrial, building automation, Internet of Things (IoT) edge computing, diagnostic devices, and consumer electronics applications. These devices are based on the Armv8-M architecture and feature advanced security features using a low-power 40nm embedded flash memory process.

The LPC55S6x microcontroller has a unique set of security modules that provide a layer of protection for embedded systems while protecting the final product from unknown or unexpected threats throughout its life cycle. These blocks include SRAM PUFs based on trusted roots and configurations, real-time execution from encrypted images, Arm TrustZone technology for system-wide hardware isolation of trusted software, and debug authentication capabilities.
