The NTBLS4D0N15MC single N-channel MOSFET is a power MOSFET with low RDS(ON) to minimise conduction losses. The MOSFET has low total gate charge (QG) and capacitance to minimise driver losses. Reduced switching noise/EMI with 187A maximum continuous drain current (ID) and 150V drain-source voltage (VDSS). Typical music includes power tools, battery-powered hoovers, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs)/drones, material handling, battery management systems (BMS)/storage and home automation.
