The TLE9879QTW40 is a single-chip three-phase motor driver that integrates the industry-standard ARM® Cortex-M3 core to enable advanced motor control algorithms such as field-oriented control. It includes six fully integrated NFET drivers optimized to drive three-phase motors with six external power NFets, a charge pump to support low-voltage operation and programmable currents, and current slope control to optimize EMC behavior.
