The LM2903-Q1 dual differential comparator contains two independent voltage comparators which can be operated from a single supply over a wide voltage range. They can also be operated from dual supplies if the voltage difference between the two supplies is between 2V and 36V and VCC is at least 1.5V higher than the input common mode voltage. The current consumption is not affected by the supply voltage. Outputs can be connected to other open collector outputs for wired AND correlation.
The LM2903-Q1 complies with the AEC-Q100 Class 1 temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
