The TLE9879QXA40XUMA2 device is a single-chip three-phase motor driver that integrates the industry-standard Arm®Cortex™M3 core to enable advanced motor control algorithms such as field termination control. It includes six fully integrated NFET drivers, optimized to drive three-phase motors via six external power supply NFets, and a charge pump for low-voltage operation, programmable current, and current slope control to optimize EMC behavior.
