The AMC23C12-Q1 is an isolated window comparator with a short response time. The open-drain output and input circuits are separated by an extremely EMI resistant barrier. The barrier is certified to provide enhanced galvanic isolation up to 5kVRMS in accordance with VDE 0884-17 and UL1577 and can support operating voltages up to 1kVPK.

- Low-side supply voltage range: 2.7 V to 5.5 V

- Window comparator mode: ±20mV to ±300mV

- Positive comparator mode: 600mV to 2.7V

- Threshold adjustment reference: 100μA, ±2%

- Jump threshold error: ±1% at 250 mV (maximum)

- Open-drain output with selectable latching mode

- Propagation delay: 280 ns (typical)

- High CMTI: 55 V/ns (min)

- Safety related approvals:

- 7000VPK enhanced isolation according to DIN EN IEC 60747-17 (VDE 0884-17)

- 5000VRMS isolation according to UL1577 for up to 1 minute
