The IMD701AQ064X128AAXUMA1 is a controller designed for 3-phase BLDC or PMSM driver applications. It integrates the fully programmable XMC1404 ARM® Cortex®-M0 microcontroller from Infineon's XMC1400 family and the 60V 3-phase smart gate driver from the 6EDL7141 integrated power supply. Integrating these two devices enables ultra-compact designs for drive applications, including not only the microcontroller and flexible three-phase gate driver, but also the full set of power supplies (synchronous buck converter and LDO) required for the system, three current-sense amplifiers, protection devices, and an excellent set of configurations to meet specific needs.
