CYT2BL5CAAQ0AZEGS is TRAVEO™ T2G 32-bit Automotive MCU, Based on Arm® Cortex®-M4F-single. CYT2BL5CAAQ0AZEGS CPU subsystem contains a 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M0+ CPU with MPU, a 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M4F CPU with MPU, and single-precision FPU. This subsystem also includes P-/M-DMA controllers, a cryptographic accelerator, 4160 KB of code-flash, 128 KB of work-flash, 512 KB of SRAM, and 32 KB of ROM.
