The DRV5057A4EDBZRQ1 is a linear Hall effect sensor that responds proportionally to magnetic flux density. The device can be used for precise position detection in a wide range of applications.

The device is powered from a 3.3V or 5V supply. The output generates a 50% duty cycle clock when no magnetic field is present. The output duty cycle varies linearly with the applied magnetic flux density, and four sensitivity options maximise the output dynamic range according to the desired sensing range. The north and south poles produce unique outputs. Typical pulse width modulation (PWM) carrier frequency is 2kHz.
