The APS11000LLHALX-0SH Hall effect switch is AEC-Q100 certified for 24 V automotive applications and complies with ISO 26262 ASIL A (to be confirmed). The sensors are temperature stable and suitable for operation over an extended junction temperature range up to 165°C. The APS11000LLHALX-0SH is available in a wide range of different magnetic sensitivities and polarities. The different magnetic sensitivities and polarities provide flexibility in system design. They are available in active high and low level versions for easy integration into electronic systems.
