The ATMEGA1284RFR2-ZFR 8-bit microcontrollers are low-power microcontrollers based on the AVR® enhanced RISC architecture. The devices feature 16KB to 128KB of Flash memory, 1KB to 16KB of SRAM, and 512B to 4KB of electrically erasable programmable read-only memory. megaAVR devices execute instructions in a single clock cycle, which helps the CPU achieve throughput of millions of instructions per second (MIPS) per megahertz.
