The ATSAMR34J18BT-I/7JX is a family of ultra-low power microcontrollers with a UHF transceiver communication interface. It uses a 32-bit ARM® Cortex® -M0+ processor and provides up to 256 KB of flash memory and 40 KB of SRAM (including battery-backed SRAM).The UHF transceiver supports LoRa® and FSK modulation.LoRa technology is a spread spectrum protocol optimised for low data rates, ultra-long-range signals, and ultra-long-range signal transmission. It is ideal for battery-powered remote sensors and controllers.The ATSAMR34J18BT-I/7JX includes an integrated microcontroller with USB and UHF transceiver, making it suitable for USB dongle applications or software updates via USB.The ATSAMR34J18BT-I/7JX has the same microcontroller functionality and UHF transceiver, but without the USB interface.
