BGT24AR4E6433 is a Silicon Germanium MMIC, accommodating four separate homodyne receiver chains. Each receiver consists of a downconverter operating in the 24 GHz ISM band. LO buffer amplifiers are included to relax LO drive requirements. IF signal filtering and amplification is provided on chip.
