Product Description

The CC2652PSIPMOTR SimpleLink™ CC2652PSIP is a multi-protocol 2.4GHz wireless microcontroller (MCU) with a System-in-Package (SiP) certified module that supports the following protocols: Thread, Zigbee®, low-power Bluetooth® 5.2, IEEE 802.15.4, IPv6-enabled Smart Objects (6LoWPAN) and proprietary systems, including TI 15.4-Stack (2.4GHz) and concurrent multi-protocols via Dynamic Multi-Protocol Manager (DMM) drivers. - Extended battery life for wireless applications with a low standby current of 1µA at full RAM hold

- Industrial temperature support with a minimum standby current of 11µA at 105⁰C.

- Advanced sensing via a programmable, autonomous, ultra-low power sensor controller CPU with fast wake-up. For example, the sensor controller is capable of 1Hz ADC sampling at 1µA system current.

- Low SER (soft error rate) FIT (time base fault) for extended operating life without interference to the industrial market and SRAM parity check always on to prevent damage from potential radiation events.

- The software-controlled dedicated radio controller (Arm® Cortex®-M0) provides flexible low-power RF transceiver functionality, supporting multiple physical layers and RF standards.

- Excellent radio sensitivity and robustness (selectivity and blocking) performance for low power Bluetooth ® with -103dBm at 125kbps (LE coded PHY).
