Product Description.
The AMC1035-Q1 is a precision Δ-sigma modulator that operates from a single 3.0V to 5.5V supply and features an externally powered 9MHz to 21MHz clock signal. The differential ±1V input architecture of the device is optimised for voltage and temperature detection rendering.
The AMC1035-Q1 is optionally available with a Manchester encoded output bitstream, which eliminates the need to consider the setup and retention time requirements of the receiving device and reduces the overall circuit layout effort. When used to extract the output bitstream in conjunction with a digital filter (e.g. integrated into the TMS320F28004x, TMS320F2807x or TMS320F2837x microcontroller families), the device achieves 16-bit resolution with 87 dB dynamic range at a data rate of 82 kSPS.
