The module is based on Infineon's long experience in developing IGBT power modules with EDT2 generation IGBTs. this innovative small package is designed for double-sided cooling (DSC), offers excellent thermal performance and enables the highest power density. It is aimed at main inverters with a power of up to 75 kW.
