The SAK-TC387QP-160F300S AE AURIX™ second generation (TC3xx) offers improvements in performance, memory size, connectivity and more scalability to address new automotive and industrial trends and challenges.

With more than 20 products, this family offers the most scalable portfolio of safety microcontrollers. In terms of performance, the T38x offers four cores running at 300 MHz, up to 1.5 MBytes of embedded RAM and power consumption below 2 W.
