The ON Semiconductor NCP160 LDO regulator is a linear regulator that provides up to 250mA of output current. These LDO regulators use 1µF input and 1µF output ceramic capacitors. The ON Semiconductor NCP160 regulators offer high efficiency at light load conditions and low power consumption at full load. Other features include low noise, high PSRR, low quiescent current and excellent load/line transients. These regulators are ideally suited for use in power sensitive and noise sensitive devices as well as space constrained applications. These devices are available in an ultra-small 0.35P (0.65mm x 0.65mm) chip-scale package (CSP) and XDFN-4 0.65P (1mm x 1mm) package.
