Overview:

The HMC342LC4TR is a GaAs PHEMT MMIC low noise amplifier in a pin-free 4x4mm SMT package compliant with RoHS standards. The amplifier operates in a frequency range of 13 to 25 GHz and provides 22 dB gain and +19 dBm output IP3 with a +3V single power supply. The 3.5dB low noise figure performance is ideal for receive and transmit front driver applications. Straight RF I/O matching to 50 Ω, easy to use. The HMC342LC4 allows the use of table mount fabrication techniques and does not require external matching components.
