EFR32ZG14P231F256GM32-B Z-Wave 700 Modem SoC The EFR32ZG14 is an ideal solution for gateways and controllers in smart home applications such as smart home gateways, smart speakers, set-top boxes, USB memory sticks, and more. This single-chip solution offers industry-leading low-power Gecko technology, and the EFR32ZG14 has excellent radio sensitivity for improved coverage in Z-Wave mesh networks.

The EFR32ZG14 Z-Wave 700 modem SoC is only available for Z-Wave controllers and gateways and cannot be used in end devices.

The EFR32ZG14 is available in a compact 5mm x 5mm QFN (quad flat no-lead) package.
