Description:

The MAX42410AFOB fully integrated buck converter is a highly integrated synchronous buck converter with internal high and low side switches. The IC provides up to 10A current with an input voltage range of 4.5V to 36V. PGOOD signal monitors voltage quality. By operating at extremely high duty cycles, the MAX42410 can operate in differential pressure mode, making it ideal for industrial applications.

The MAX42410 features programmable output voltages and high switching frequency options of 1.5MHz and 400kHz to reduce the number of external components and output ripple. SYNC input programmability supports three optimized performance modes: forced PWM mode, skip mode with ultra-low static current, and synchronization with an external clock. The MAX42410 also has a biphase capability that enables designs up to 20A. The IC can be configured as a controller/target with dynamic current sharing and 180° out-of-phase operation.
