Product Description:

The LTM4682 Thin μModule regulator is a 31.25A four-channel or 125A single-channel step-down power micro module DC/DC regulator. These devices feature remote configurability and telemetry monitoring of power management parameters via PMBus. The LTM4682 is optimized for higher bandwidth and transient response, including a digital programmable analog control loop. The LTM4682 is available in a 15mmx22mmx5.71mm BGA package with SnPb or RoHS compliant terminal coating.

The LTM4682's 2-wire serial interface allows margin adjustment, tuning, and ramp up/down of the output at programmable conversion rates and sort delay times. True input current detection, output current, output voltage, output power, temperature, uptime and peak value can be read. There is no need to customize EEPROM content. At startup, the output voltage, switching frequency, and channel phase Angle allocation can be set by pin-bonded resistors.
