Product Description:

The Qorvo QPA2811 power amplifier is a high-power, packaged X-band MMIC amplifier manufactured using the 0.15μm silicon carbon-based gallium nitride process (QGaN15). These amplifiers operate in the frequency range of 8.5GHz to 10.55GHz, with a saturated output power of 48.9dBm, a large signal gain of 27.9dB, and a power addition efficiency of 48.5%.

The QPA2811 amplifier is packaged in a 7mm x 7mm 48-pin plastic wrap. These power amplifiers support a wide range of operating conditions to meet optimal support system requirements. Fully matched to 50Ω, these amplifiers feature a DC grounded RF port for optimal performance and are ideal for military radar systems.

PAE: 48.5% (PIN = 21dBm)
