Overview:

The Qorvo QPA0007S2 power amplifier is a reconfigurable dual-band GaN (Gallium nitride) MMIC (monolithic microwave integrated circuit) power amplifier that operates in the S and X bands. In the S-band, the amplifier delivers 32W of saturated power in the 3.1GHz to 3.5GHz frequency range. In the X-band, the amplifier delivers 28W of saturated power in the 9GHz to 11GHz range.


The QPA0007 power amplifier is 100% DC and RF tested to ensure electrical compliance. The high performance power amplifier is ideal for radar systems.
