The CMD299K4 is an efficient GaAs MMIC low noise amplifier in a pin-free surface mount package. The amplifier is ideal for electronic warfare and communications systems that require small size and low power consumption.


The device provides a gain of more than 16 dB with a corresponding noise factor of 4 dB and an output 1 dB compression point of +7 dBm(30 GHz). The CMD299K4 is a 50 ohm matching design that eliminates the need for an external DC module and RF port.
