Overview:
The Qorvo QPL883x CATV amplifier is a superlinear GaAs pseudocrystalline High electron mobility transistor (pHEMT) 75Ω RF balanced amplifier IC with an operating bandwidth of 5MHz to 1218MHz. These amplifiers have high gain, low noise figure, and high linearity. The QPL883x CATV amplifier is powered by a 5V supply for applications requiring low power consumption.
These amplifiers have a wide operating bandwidth and can therefore be used as downlink amplifiers for DOCSIS 3.1. The QPL883x can also be used as an uplink amplifier for DOCSIS 3.1 or DOCSIS 4.0 applications. The QPL883x is used in DOCSIS 3.1 systems, balanced antenna applications, hybrid fiber coaxial (HFC) optical nodes, 75Ω amplifiers, and uplink amplifiers for DOCSIS 3.1 and DOCSIS 4.0 applications.
