The STM32WL5MOC integrates a powerful, ultra-low-power, LPWAN-compliant radio solution that supports the following modulations: LoRa , (G) FSK, (G) MSK, and BPSK.

Product Description:

The STM32WL5MOCH6S multi-protocol LPWAN dual-core module features two Arm Cortex®-M cores (M4 and M0+). This module integrates a powerful, ultra-low-power, LPWAN-compliant radio solution that supports the following modulation: LoRa®, (G)FSK, (G)MSK, and BPSK.


The STM32WL5MOC module requires no RF expertise, providing the best solution for speeding up any development and minimizing associated costs. These modules have a maximum CPU frequency of 48MHz, a flash memory density of 256KB, and a SRAM of 64KB.


The STM32WL5MOC module operates in a voltage range of 1.8V to 3.6V and an ambient temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. The device is available in a 10mm x 10mm LGA92 package and is fully protocol stack royalty-free. Typical applications include industry, smart cities and the Internet of Things.

Rx sensitivity: -123dbm at 2-FSK (1.2KB/s), -148dbm at LoRa® (10.4kHz, spread factor 12)
