The STM32H7 series is based on the 32-bit Arm Cortex®-M7 core and operates at up to 600 MHz. Available in both single-core and dual-core versions (Cortex-M7 + Cortex-M4), it achieved the industry's highest benchmark score to date for Cortex-M-based microcontrollers, up to 3224 CoreMark. It also supports execution from internal and external memory and real-time decryption/encryption.

The STM32H7 series offers embedded Flash memory ranging from 64 KB to 2 MB. The memory is based on ST's non-volatile memory (NVM) technology and is manufactured using a 40 nm process.
