The SiC463 microBuck® regulators are wide input voltage, high efficiency, synchronous DC-DC buck converters with integrated high-side and low-side power MOSFETs. the power poles of these devices are capable of supplying high continuous currents at switching frequencies up to 2MHz. These regulators use input voltage rails from 4.5V to 60.0V to produce adjustable output voltages down to 0.8V to suit a wide range of applications including computing, consumer electronics, telecom and industrial applications.
