The TQP3M9019 is a cascaded, high-linearity gain module amplifier in a low-cost table mount package. At 1.9 GHz, the amplifier typically provides 22 dB gain, +39.5 dBm OIP3, and 1.3 dB noise figure, with a power consumption of only 125 mA. The device is available in lead-free/green/RoHS-compliant industry standard 16-pin 3 x 3 mm QFN package.
The TQP3M9019 has the advantage of high gain over a wide frequency range with extremely low noise. This allows the device to be used in receiver and transmitter chains for high-performance systems. The amplifier is internally matched using the high-performance EpHEMT process, requires only an external RF choke and a direct/bypass capacitor, and is powered by a single +5 V supply. The internal active bias circuit also operates stably under bias and temperature changes.
The TQP3M9019 covers the 0.02-4 GHz band and is targeted at wireless infrastructure or other applications requiring high linearity and/or low noise figures.
